The room was right at the back of the building, so very quiet. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Convenient location to explore the town.

Lovely room with gorgeous decor. It was fresh and clean. The owner was friendly and helpful, made me a very delicious pizza. Bed was nice and comfy. It was quiet and I had a good sleep.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the landlord and landlady, welcoming. The hotel is ideally located for exploring Dumfries & Galloway. Buses to Dumfries, Girvan and Wigtown leave from just down the road. The pub also does tasty pizzas in the evening

The property was very good value for money. Decor all very modern. Pizza in bar very tasty. No breakfast but there’s a few supermarkets plus lots of coffee places. I forgot my phone charger and the owner kindly let me borrow one. Comfortable space :)

This hotel is a cosy, clean place if you're travelling and need an overnight stay. There is a lovely big bar/restaurant downstairs. So keep this in mind if you just want to sleep. The noise is low and acceptable.. The room was small but I can assure you comfy.. The mattress and pillow... Bliss...

I was very comfortable and slept well. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great and gave me access to everything I wanted to do and easy walks to places for dining, shopping, activities and bus stops.

Aesthetically lovely. Good quality throughout. Beautiful bathroom. Comfy bed. Plenty of pillows etc! Quiet for a pub and main road.

stayed for one night whilst in the area with work. Great little hotel, lovely room with private bathroom, comfy bed plus all the amenities I needed. The lovely lady who showed me to my room even brought me a fan cos it was a very warm evening in sunny Scotland. Highly recommend 👍
